Challenge
Design 40 brand launches, and then deliver the brand launches in very competitive markets reaching over 3,000 new patients worldwide.
Solution
Using SmartLab, our client designed and delivered a series of virtual strategy sessions supported by SmartLab’s suite of decision-making and collaboration apps. In these sessions, participants worked together to co-design the brand launch strategy.
Once the strategy was designed, our then client used SmartLab to align others in the organization in the new brand launch via a single virtual experience that connected participants with key brand and partner stakeholders. Participants were given access to market positioning and product learning materials and toolkits via a dedicated resources library.
A subsequent series of master classes were rolled out across the organization to educate stakeholders and employees in the new brand launch strategy. SmartLab’s gamified engine promoted engagement and participation by allowing participants to earn points through participation in webinars, discussions, and quizzes. Those with the most points were awarded prizes at the end of the program.
