SmartLab 2.8.9 introduces further additions and improvements to the all-new SnapShot app to create and run interactive and collaborative workshops with ease. Dashboard widgets to dynamically highlight and engage participants in the latest conversations, knowledge and events shared have also been improved. Discussion posts now supports rich media for bringing conversations to life even more. This release also resolves known bugs and provides general functionality improvements for users and administrators .

Data Migration - Move data between apps

Whether you're running a series of quick-fire decision apps in small groups, ideation and prioritisation flows in a workshop, or asynchronous collaboration over time, moving participants’ contributions through different decision-making stages is vital for defining key ideas, actions and solutions together. SmartLab’s data migration tool allows you to quickly move the most important and popular content from one decision app to another in real time so you can continue working on the same ideas in a new context. Soon the data migration tool will also feature an ‘automation centre’ where you can predefine criteria based on which contributions move through the sequence of apps at the click of a button.

In addition to the new SnapShot app, IdeasMatrix, IdeasMapper, InnovationHopper and BrainStormer, from SmartLab's suite of decision-making apps, have also updated with small improvements to the admin and user experience.

Profile Builder
SmartLab’s profile builder tool captures participant details to create a personalised learning or event experience in a few simple steps. This release improves the administration and styling of the tool.

SmartLab is expanding further into your organisation’s flow of work. The collaboration and decision-making apps will soon be available in MS Teams and Zoom, enabling even more powerful online events and facilitation integrated with the most popular communication tools.
