Ludic’s main digital service proposition is a software as a service offering: a unique digital transformation, smart events, smart learning, visual scribing, collaboration, engagement and live streaming experience on a proprietary platform, called SmartLab. It integrates with major video conferencing and webcast services such as Zoom and Vimeo, without involving data transfers to and from its SmartLab facilities. All client data generated in SmartLab resides within the platform in segregated environments with role-based access control and single sign-on capability.

Ludic maintains an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified Information Security Management System for our software as a service platform. This international standard provides a framework for continued confidentiality, integrity and availability of information as well as legal compliance. It focuses on the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted by third parties.

EcoVadis

Ludic Group has received the silver rating for sustainability performance from the globally recognized rating agency EcoVadis for the third time in a row. This places the company in the top 25% of more than 75,000 companies from 160 countries analyzed by EcoVadis.
